An Ark

An ark revisited...I believe in an earlier post we mentioned keeping a kayak or a canoe on hand in case of a flood. It would be interesting to see if there is such a thing that is immune to volcanoes and such. But if you go to that much trouble, why not do a helicopter? That way you can fly to the top of a peak or somewhere safe?

But that would also mean having a shelter somewhere else...or mabye we could attach the ark to the helicopter/plane in case we need to land. Of course supplies would also be needed for that scenario as well.
